CALAT (Croydon Adult Learning And Training) Learning Curves programme provides a free careers service in Croydon, including the free use of books and computer based careers software, and internet access for job search and researching opportunities.

Trained Staff give independent advice, guidance and support on a range of careers related topics.

They can help you:

Identify new job and career opportunities
Find courses or training you need to progress in different job and careers areas
Find out where courses are offered and how to find funding
With job-hunting etc: CVs, application form filling and job interviews
Deal with difficulties like selection tests and redundancy
With the equivalence of overseas qualifications
With access to computer based interest assessment and special careers software
